KLEMF does not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.

For registrants who elect to pay by check or in person, we will collect your name and contact information to track payment status. This information is used solely for internal accounting and event coordination purposes.
